Available Job Positions

Maintenance Technician I $17-20

Maintenance Technician I performs maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures. The technician paints structures, drywall and plaster, performs masonry work, and repairs plumbing fixtures and woodwork. The candidate also makes repairs to tools and equipment, plus maintains and installs electrical systems/fixtures. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician I measures, cuts, bonds, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit. The technician must be proficient in using hand and power tools. They will assist higher-level technicians and report to supervisor/manager. A high school diploma is preferred, but not required. The ideal applicant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job and salary is based upon related work experience.

Maintenance Technician II $21-24

Maintenance Technician II performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. They are required to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities, mechanical components and electrical systems. The role also includes managing inventory, plus developing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow. They will review the work of lower-level employees and must be able to work under moderate supervision. A high school diploma is required and full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The ideal applicant possesses 1-3 years of experience plus specialized training/certification.

Maintenance Technician III $25+

Maintenance Technician III performs skilled maintenance and advanced repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. They are required to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities, mechanical components and electrical systems. In addition, coordinate emergency repairs and large complex projects; troubleshoot and correct defective switches, receptacles, ballasts and other wiring. A maintenance technician is required to check performance routinely and is responsible for the upkeep of a facility, such as an apartment building or business office. Other duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. They are skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems A high school diploma is required and full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The ideal applicant possesses more than 3 years of experience plus specialized training/certification.

Maintenance Porter (Worksite Cleaner) $15-17

Maintenance Porter is responsible for managing the worksite’s cleanliness and orderliness. The Porter will be responsible for general cleaning/janitorial of complex worksites, trash compactors, dumpster/recycling areas, and to perform minor repairs. Their duties as a porter include ensuring the premises' safety, operating cleaning tools and equipment. As a member of the team they are required to report any maintenance concerns for repairs on worksite areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.  A high school diploma is preferred, but not required. The ideal applicant possesses a basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
