He has mastered the professional trades including hands-on execution with OSHA certification and business management.  Likewise, he has a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology and Software Engineering. His career goal is to expand the enterprise with an eye towards financial independence and liberation of his of people.

Shamara P. Collins, PhD is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Bagley Enterprises, supporting the family run organization to be innovative and forward looking in the evolving workforce industries. Likewise, she serves as CTO The BEMI Group LLC, a well-versed consulting team which supplies concept design and decides areas for process improvement to organizations of all types. Dr. Collins’ subject matter expertise includes renewable energy and the solar power ecosystem, ranging from policy to technologies. The doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering was earned from the University of South Florida with a concentration in CdTe thin films. Her professional/personal goal is to popularize solar electricity with the understanding that energy equity is intrinsic, to ensure Power (is distributed) to the People.
