Len Bagley is a builder, operator, and innovator with a background rooted in the skilled trades and expanded through technology and business leadership. As CEO of Bagley Enterprises, he oversees a portfolio of operating companies spanning maintenance and contracting, manufacturing, workforce development, and applied technology research.
His leadership combines hands-on execution with strategic growth, emphasizing operational efficiency, safety, and scalability. Len studied Information Technology and Software Engineering and brings OSHA-certified trade experience to every level of the organization. His focus is building sustainable enterprises that create real economic value through work, ownership, and innovation.

Shamara Collins, PhD | Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Shamara P. Collins serves as Chief Technology Officer of Bagley Enterprises, guiding technology strategy, research direction, and systems development across the organization. She is also CTO of The BEMI Group LLC, where she leads consulting efforts in process improvement, concept design, and technology integration.
Dr. Collins holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, with specialization in renewable energy technologies and thin-film solar systems. Her expertise spans energy systems, applied engineering, and policy-to-technology translation. Her work centers on advancing accessible, efficient energy solutions while ensuring technology development aligns with real-world deployment and equity.
